When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and firm information. When you use Prellex, we store case data, documents, notes, and time entries that you input into the platform.
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Prellex service. Your case data is used to power AI-assisted features within your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Prellex uses AI to provide assisted features. Your data is sent to our AI provider for processing and is automatically deleted within 7 days. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely with row-level security policies ensuring firm-scoped data isolation. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we never store payment card details.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell data). Contact support@prellex.org to exercise these rights.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We use third-party services for database hosting, AI processing, payments, and web hosting. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
